Curtis Hubbard

Curtis Hubbard is a founding member of Nixon Jach Hubbard, PLLC. Curtis has focused and developed his practice in drafting and negotiating contracts for both contractors as well as owners. In addition, Curtis has successfully litigated and arbitrated numerous construction-related disputes and successfully handled a variety of legal issues for developers and commercial contractors engaged in both public and private work. Curtis has been admitted to practice law in the states of Texas and Arkansas, as well as before all the U.S. District Courts of Texas.
